Sonali commenced her insurance career in 1998 and has occupied numerous roles with several insurers in the Ontario Auto and Property space. She has been with Crawford since 2008 as a multi-line adjuster. She achieved the General Adjuster Designation through Crawford and Company, a process of rigorous requirements that must be met before bestowment of the designation to highly skilled adjusters.
